CCBR-SYNARC and BioClinica have signed an agreement to merge, creating a global provider of outsourced clinical services from centers throughout Asia, Europe and The Americas. The combined company will offer a portfolio of services for conducting and managing global clinical trials. The transaction is expected to close in 1Q14.
